part 1: privacy policy

1. data controller

Acting as the Data Controller under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK"), Nehir irem Yılmaz will process your personal data as described below.

2. personal data processed

• Identity: name, email address
• Profile: age, gender, preferences, city, bio
• Photos: up to 6 profile pictures, screened on your device before upload
• Security: device identifiers, access logs
• Matching: movie preferences, match history, messages

3. purposes and legal bases

Your data is processed to create your account, provide matching and chat, prevent fraud, improve recommendations, and comply with legal obligations under KVKK Article 5. Profile photos may be screened with on-device automated analysis before upload; photos that fail are not uploaded.

4. international transfer

We use providers such as Firebase (Google Cloud) and Cloudinary. Data may be processed on servers outside Turkey as required to operate the app.

5. your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you may request information, correction, deletion, or object to certain processing. Contact us at the email above.

part 2: terms of use

1. agreement

By creating an account you agree to these terms governing use of Filmatch.

2. age restriction

Filmatch is for users aged 18 and over only.

3. your responsibilities

You are responsible for content you share (photos, bio, messages) and must respect others' rights and privacy.

4. prohibited conduct

Do not share sexually explicit content, hate speech, harassment, spam, scams, or impersonate others.

5. enforcement

We may remove content, suspend, or ban accounts that violate these terms. Serious violations may be reported to authorities.

6. changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
